If you (the User) do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein, kindly refrain from accessing the website. Access to this site shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions. By using the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as applied to your use of the website, purchase of our products over e-commerce or any marketplace, and you are deemed to have read and understood all of its contents and implications.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can contact our Support Team . If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders.

Shipping Policy

What is Mirchi Fashion ‘s Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Mirchi Fashion in excellent condition and in the shortest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your delivery location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

What is Mirchi Fashion’s Fair Usage Policy?

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal policy. These accounts typically choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders for accounts which have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

Does Mirchi Fashion delivers to my PIN Code?

Deliverability of our products depend upon serviceability of courier partners, if your product is un-deliverable to your location, we will refund all payments made regarding that order.

How are orders placed on Mirchi Fashion delivered to me?

For shipping we use reliable courier companies like Fedex, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpreesbees, Track on to ship the products which are completely insured.
A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is dispatched with which you can get updates on the location of the parcel and the estimated delivery date and time. Updates will be provided via E-mails frequently.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Can the shipping address of the order be changed after placing it?

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
The delivery date displayed in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Mirchi Fashion ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Mirchi Fashion is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Mirchi Fashion continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Mirchi Fashion reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mirchi Fashion, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.mirchifashion.in. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Mirchi Fashion we have 7 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from mirchifashion.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused.
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.After receiving the returned/exchange product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you and return/exchange will be declined.

To return/exchange a product, please follow these steps:

To raise a return/exchange request please drop us an email on at support@mirchifashion.in Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU code on the email for verification. On successful verification we will send an email confirmation, and you can ship the product back to our registered business address using a preferred courier partner. Once return/exchange is received at our address, we need 7 days to initiate refund/exchange after successful product inspection by quality check department.

Refund & Cancellation Policy


Once return is received at our address, we need 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.


Create a ‘Cancel’ under “My Order” section of Website.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Please note that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Please Note:
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 10000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 10000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

Will my financial information be stored?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we do store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
